Oh, how I was ready to move on to the next DVD! The next dances were by far my favorite, they were not necessarily fast, but definitely challenging. I got bored and I didn’t feel as if I was doing as much exercise than in the other dances. However, the second dance was awful, I did it once and didn’t want to go it again, it was boring and Shaun T seemed to drag out the steps. The second week’s first dance I liked doing, it was tougher than the first week but this was good because you will keep getting better, while not plateauing. By the end of the first week I was pumped and excited for the next dance. After doing the dance, I chose advanced the dance was not the easiest for me, but I chose the advanced one because who doesn’t love a challenge, right?ĭay two was a different dance, it was not as energetic as the first but it was still enjoyable, and you still had to do an ab video after(which may have killed me a bit). On the first day you are told to do a dance called “Crazy Eights”, then after that you chose, based on how difficult you found the dance, which calendar you will do.

The Cize DVD pack(Links below) comes with three DVDs, each with two dances and an ab workout, multiple ad booklets and a calendar for that month with two sides: one for beginners and one for advanced. Overall out of a five star rating I would give it three, and here is why. Cize is a month long dance program by Shaun T, and it is supposedly “The end of exercise”. If you follow me on Instagram, then you would know that about a month and a bit ago I started an exercise program thing called ‘Cize’.

This is going to be the fist post in a series where I test out different exercises until I find a workout routine I enjoy, and will keep me fit and not bore me to death.
